SellYourBayAreaHouseAsIs.Com is a real estate solutions company based in the East Bay.  We’re a dedicated group of real estate professionals that focuses on helping local folks like you find relief from your problem house whether you’re going through a foreclosure, having to suddenly relocate, or just needing to get rid of a huge liability.

For many years, the only options for most home sellers in the San Francisco Bay Area has been to list with an agent on the MLS, try to sell on your own, or hold onto it hoping the problem would go away. Any of those options can take a few months or longer; not everyone can wait that long. We discovered a need in the local market for property owners who don’t want to (or can’t) sell through the traditional route with an agent and decided to fill it with a flexible, personalized service.

Our home buying system is streamlined to make the sale of your Bay Area home simple and convenient. Our proven no-gimmick process ensures we get you a fast offer and a fast close.

Hi! I’m David Wilhite and I’ve been living in the Bay Area for over 35 years; I wouldn’t want to call any other place else home. I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 2017 (#02017169) and always executed my duties as a Realtor with honor and integrity. Trust is more important than money.

I currently manage the day-to-day operations at and am here as your point of contact. When I’m not buying houses for ALL CASH, I enjoy good food, spending time with my lovely wife, my wonderful daughter, our discerning cat Matilda, and following NBA basketball. I’ve been a big Golden State Warrior fan for over 20 years – I love my team!

Like many other Bay Areans (I may have made that word up) I’m an outdoorsy type who enjoys the variety of parks, wilderness trails, lakes, rivers, and other destinations of natural beauty throughout Northern California. The East Bay Regional Park District is a network of parks, trails, and shorelines throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties that I refer to whenever I want to get away to somewhere nearby and enjoy nature.

Did I mention I love good food? The Bay Area is a foodie heaven for me! I’ll eat just about anything but my favorite flavor combination is sweet & spicy so I tend to gravitate toward Asian cuisines, particularly Thai. Nom nom!
